My name is Law Ling Khaw Lam. I am attending Grade (8) at the Myaung Taga High School. I have 7 siblings including me. I am the third eldest. My native town is Khonein Village, Mindat Township, in the Chin State. My mom is supporting us by working as a farmer. I love my mother very much and thank her in abundance. I completed Grade (5) at our village before being sent to the Myittamon Orphanage of the Franciscan Missionary of Mary Sisters School from Hmawbi, Yangon. Sisters from orphanage, they really care and are good to us. They pray and work hard for all of us to become brilliant girls. I’m really happy to be here. They love me dearly. I arrived here because I want to learn and become educated. I want to try hard and will study always. Sometimes, my negative thoughts lead me feeling not to work and study hard. But I control my mind. I want to become a responsible adult in my community. I’m trying to succeed my aims to become either a police women, or scientists. My personal interests are shooting, and to develop my knowledge and appreciation for computer learning. I will pray for my future aim. After I passed Grade (8), I will try very hardly to complete Grade (9) and Grade (10). I always remain charismatic so that I can reach my goals. My mum said I should pray for developing a successful habit for studying. If my aims can be successful, I will give my time to the needy children, I will also donate to needy people who can’t go to school. I really thank God for helping all of us... I must try hard. I really thank you. Thank you so much
Lam
