Who we are

The Mary K. Yap Foundation was incorporated

in 2014 for the "Myanmar Orphans" project.

Our organization is a tax deductible non-profit entity, incorporated in the State of Delaware registered

under the section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our mission is to support the betterment of humanity by transforming orphaned children into becoming

independent and productive members.
