The northernmost state of Myanmar

Mary K. Yap Foundation, a non-profit organization, which provides the undivided care for all Myanmar orphans in all ages, donated 6000 USD to strengthen educational opportunities and enhance Myanmar orphans from St. Francis’s Orphanage in many ways. This donation will ensure that orphans are supplied a playground with its facilities and two storey study hall.

St. Francis Xavier’s orphanage is an organization with 185 children and 22 staffs dedicated to provide care, close supervision and education opportunities for orphans in Myanmar (age between 5 to 20 years). This orphanage is situated in Padauk Myaing Street, Myitkyinar, Kachain state.

All proceeds from the Mary K. Yap Foundation is to address the needs of Myanmar orphans through quality program, charitable funds in collaboration with sponsor organizations, grant donors and local and international NGOS. Our ultimate aim of the foundation is to provide orphans of all ages in Myanmar with shelter, food, healthcare and basic education.
