San Francisco Bay area donors, friends and family members of Mary K Yap foundation are committed to driving for the betterment of all orphans. They also celebrated annual charity and fundraising shows: varieties of Burmese food sale and free entertainment shows. They held fund-raising activities once a year since 2001 in Daly City of the United States of America with the intention of helping the orphanages of different states and divisions in Myanmar. Such incredible happiness of Bay area donors cannot be replaced with anything.

Mary. K. Yap foundation gave away 10000$ to Thu-Khi-Ta Yama monastery with the intention of providing all necessities things for those orphans on September 2008. This generous financial assistance was the result of our energetic participation and kind contributions in bringing the best quality programs to those orphan- managed institutions. The boarding house of Pangoo village in Pathein was received the donation of 8200 USD by the San Francisco and Bay Area donors on 24 January, 2011. This fund will go to every specific need such as for construction of a kitchen and four toilets. It will also be used in providing food, lodging and medical care, school uniforms and their tuition fees for 250 poor children. With such continuous efforts, Mary K. Yap Foundation is truly committed to driving this burning purpose for the betterment of all orphans.
